Le Moulinet sur Solin chateau

Remains of the Château de la Reine Blanche (Information from the Association Initiatives and the Environment), "Le vieux château": a building with tall chimneys flanked by a circular tower with arrow slits. The outline of the moat is still visible made more explicit by the two ponds which have widened the original moat. The château was built by Blanchard de Lorris a good friend of Louis VI, to allow him to go hunting in the middle of the woods. In sight from the road when leaving the village to go west.
